Warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.
Warranty is non-renewable and starts on the delivery date.
Product not turning on or functioning as described
Product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defect
Product components not working (e.g., charger not working, button failure)
The following are not covered under the warranty:
Physical damage after delivery
Water damage (unless the product is specifically marked waterproof)
Wear and tear from regular use
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or abuse
Products used in violation of instructions
Personal hygiene issues due to used or opened products
To file a warranty claim:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, clean, and in original packaging
You must provide:
Order ID
Pictures or videos showing the defect
Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt)

Share proof of the issue (photo/video)
If approved, you will be asked to ship the item back (shipping costs may apply)
We will either:
Replace the product
Repair the product (if applicable)
Refund (only if a replacement is not available)
No warranty on condoms, creams, capsules, or non-electric products
No replacement/refund on used intimate products due to hygiene concerns

Reject claims that do not meet the above criteria
Offer a similar replacement if the same item is out of stock
Refuse warranty service if the product shows signs of tampering
